Juke Box Bandstand did an amazing job for our wedding. They were very easy to work with and always responded quickly to emails. I work full time in Chicago so having vendor be able to handle my requests without having to talk over the phone was a big plus. The day of was perfect. Our DJ, David Boyd, was waiting to greet us at the door and introduce himself when we got there. He already had music playing for our guests to enjoy the cocktail hour. We had the DJ set up on the 2nd floor of the Madison Club in the room with the chandelier and it was perfect! They were already familiar with the venue so this made it great. We really wanted our reception to be a party, and it was! David made sure that people were dancing all night long and we always had the dance floor filled. He did a good job of playing a mix of music and even all my aunts and uncles were dancing! We wanted a DJ that didn’t interact too much with the crowd too much and didn’t want a game show DJ…and we were paired with the perfect DJ! We would definitely recommend Juke Box Bandstand to anyone!

Our DJ from Juke Box Bandstand, Mike Switzky, was great to work with. He was in constant communication with us and our coordinator throughout dinner and the reception to make sure everything happened how and when we wanted it to…from the wedding party entrance, to the toasts, to the first dance. He really listened to our ideas for what we did and didn’t want for our reception, and he really kept the guests on the dance floor all night from kids to grandparents! He did a great job in getting our guests involved in the dance, and had just enough presence to make it fun but not take over the dance. Martie form the JBB office was so easy to work with as well. She was great about getting in touch with me a few times the week of our wedding to make sure all details were taken care of! I would recommend Juke Box Bandstand to anyone…they really made our reception a great party!

We used Juke Box Bandstand for our recent wedding in Spring Green, WI. The planning process went very smoothly, Martie and Austin were organized, professional, and always prompt to respond to questions. The day of our wedding went off without a hitch thanks to our DJ, Bill Witt. He assisted us with ceremony music and then entertained our guests for the rest of the evening. Bill did a GREAT job! We had a fantastic evening and many guests commented to us after the wedding as to how much they enjoyed our DJ!

We had Todd DJ our reception, and the LFQ String Quartet (hired through Juke Box Bandstand) perform during our ceremony and cocktail hour. The guests were all raving about the quartet and the dance floor was packed non-stop until we had to kick everyone out at midnight. There is nothing I would change about either of their performances. Todd was professional and coordinated all of the major events…and was flexible when we needed to change things at the last minute.

Sava – Thank you so much for DJing our wedding! You did such an amazing job of reading the crowd and keeping the party going all night. We really could not have hoped for a better dance party! Thank you so much for making this happen.

This company is so good at what they do! We talked two weeks before our wedding day and then again a few days before for a quick confirmation. We emailed a detailed list of any activities we wanted and Martie passed all the information on to our DJ, Terry Wendt. He was fantastic and ready to go the minute we walked in. Terry had clearly read over everything we had sent in and knew exactly what we had planned! He was willing to let us have as much control as we wanted, meeting with us right after our grand entrance and asking what we wanted but we gave the reins over to him and let him just “feel the night”. And he sure did deliver…everyone had a great time and he kept the music playing!

Austin – We want to thank you for being such a fantastic part of our wedding day!  You were a joy to work with from the first meeting on and you were all we could hope for in a DJ and more. People were on the dance floor all night and I certainly wanted to be too! The selections you made were perfectly mixed with our requests too. I hope I get the chance to recommend Juke Box Bandstand to others!
